What happens when I run out of AI credits?

On the Free plan, AI features pause until the next billing cycle. On paid plans, you can enable overage billing to keep using AI beyond your included credits at a low per-credit rate. Set a hard spending limit to pause AI at a specific dollar amount, or a soft limit to get notified without interruption.

Who is Nash?

Nash is your flagship AI agent that runs on a schedule. Each cycle, Nash reviews your business data, plans tasks, executes them (CRM updates, emails, content, research), and delivers a briefing — all while you sleep. Starter plans get 5 cycles/month, Pro gets daily cycles with a personal Nash for each team member, and Team gets unlimited cycles.

What happens when I reach my record limit?

We'll let you know when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade to a higher plan for more records, or archive older records to stay within your limit.

What's the 10 seat minimum on the Team plan?

The Team plan is designed for larger organizations and requires a minimum of 10 paid seats. This ensures you get access to enterprise features like SSO, audit logs, and dedicated support.

Can I import my data from another CRM?

Absolutely. We have built-in import tools for Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and CSV files. Our team can also help with custom migrations.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. For annual Team plans, we also offer invoicing with NET 30 terms.
